We offer from Hydraulic Marine Systems our self-contained, portable, hydraulic marine propulsion units which are suited to the Marine construction industry.These propulsion units (Hydraulic Thrusters) are specifically designed to self propel a full range of barges, sectional floats and smaller work or carpenter barges. The units are easily transportable by truck or trailer, quickly set up (typically 30 minutes or less set up time) and are extremely maneuverable.
We offer a complete line of thrusters from single drive 50 hp units sngle drives, up to 350 hp twin drive with Radio Remote Controlled units producing up to 7000 lbs. of thrust. The thrusters also have optional Long Reach Drive Capability, allowing up to ten feet or more from the barge deck to the centerline of the drive/propeller(s)
